moons of jupiter lab

Each one was different from the other and it showed the different stages of the moons. I learned that are differnt parts. They were very close together. Some had bigger gaps because of missing one or siping a day. It was interesting to see how each one was a little bit different and how close they were together. It would be very hard to be able to see everything. Because some of the things are farther away and are smaller. So with only being able to do 10x you would see everything. Yet alone very clear and be accurate with the data.
Galileo was ordered not to "hold or defend" the idea that the Earth moved and the Sun remained stationary at the center. For several years, Galileo was able to discuss heliocentric theory hypothetically without arousing undue ire from the Church.
